Vol. I — Ontological Coaching

You're not stuck.
You're stuck in language.

Ontological coaching for creatives and ambitious minds who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from what they actually want.

I help you understand what's keeping you stuck — and move forward with clarity, instead of forcing yourself through another productivity system.

What changes if we work together.

You don't become someone else. You return to yourself — but stronger, clearer, more grounded.

Avoiding a hard conversation
Having it
Stuck in the wrong job
Knowing your next move
Confused about a relationship
Clear about what you need
Overthinking

§ III — The Method

Ontological coaching, explained.

Most coaching works on what you do. Ontological coaching works on who you're being when you do it — the deeper layer underneath behaviour, where real change actually lives.

We are shaped by three domains that constantly inform each other: the language we use, the body we live in, and the emotions we move through. When one shifts, the others follow. When we only work on one — usually language, through advice or strategy — nothing lasts. Ontological coaching works across all three.

i.
Language
The stories we live inside.
Not what you say out loud, but the internal narration that shapes what feels possible. "I'm not the kind of person who…" "I should be further along by now." These aren't facts. They're language. And language can be examined, questioned, and rebuilt.
ii.
Body
The posture you've been carrying.
Your body holds patterns your mind doesn't notice — the way you brace before a hard conversation, the breath you hold when you're asked what you want. The body isn't a metaphor here. It's information, and it's a doorway.
iii.
Emotion
The moods you live in.
Not feelings that come and go, but the underlying moods you've made home in — resignation, resentment, ambition, trust. Moods shape what you can see and what you can't. Shifting them is not about thinking positive. It's about recognising the mood you're in and choosing whether it still serves you.

Change one domain in isolation and you'll drift back. Work across all three and something structural shifts — not just what you do, but who you are while you're doing it.

What my clients say

  • I have learned so much in my sessions with Kat, I have grown immensely and I am truly thankful for her help. She is one of those who knows how to asks the right questions and, as a Product Designer, counting with her expertise has been super helpful.

Ana - Product Designer at Omio

  • Kat is an exceptionally attentive listener with a keen eye (and ear!) for details that don’t quite fit within the narrative. She gently brings these into focus, asks her clever questions, and in doing so, opens doors to meaningful change.

Nadzeya - Product Designer

  • Kat doesn’t hand out answers. She asks the kind of thoughtful questions that push you to reflect and challenge assumptions. For anyone looking to elevate their leadership presence in fast-moving environments, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Shivani - Global Startups & E-Commerce

  • My work with Kat has opened a set of new perspectives for myself - both for work and beyond. It encouraged and helped me explore what I felt naturally drawn to and where my energy wanted to flow, even if it looked different than what I would have anticipated.

Marc - Product Manager

  • Kat has helped me process my feelings and emotions in both the workplace and personal life. Our work together has given me the confidence and tools to help me move into a new role and business- something I lacked the confidence to do previously.
